To the maximum extent permitted by law, High End Publishing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or account termination by Amazon) resulting from the use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless High End Publishing and its officers from any claims, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the KDP platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Services without notice if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms (e.g., through unauthorized sharing of content).
